Mizu is a wanderer from Tokyo who travels to a new city every week. She knows that cities are not just roads, buildings, and workplaces.
She looks at cities for their emotions, their hidden pasts, and torturous architecture.
Have you looked at cities like they had secrets?
Mizu is also the element of water in Japanese philosophy or godai that represents existence that is flowing and formless. She is everything that takes up space and then flees. Mizu adapts to every environment but loses a bit of her older composition in the process of becoming Mizu City.
Mizu has no age as she does seem to have known the world for centuries.
She has currently left Tokyo, her home, her love, her comfort, to seek the truth of the world’s cities.
